As I've Been Playing On This Server And Got To Know Much About It,So I Think To Post Some Suggestions Which Might Help To Attract Some Players As Well As Make Server Good,All Things Are Listed Below:
1)First,I Think Spawn Point Must Be Changed To Either Unity Station Or Airport,This Will Make It Realistic As For New Player They Will Spawn From These Location's And Will Allow Players To Roleplay That They Just Arrived In City.
2)Second,I Think There Must Be Two Things Only Factions Of Two Types Legal Or Illegal And There Must Be Not Organizations They Must Be Too Counted As Legal Factions,And Instead Of Families They Must Be Named As Gangs Or Something Similar So That It Doesn't Look Odd.
3)Third,I Want To Change The Name Of ABC7 News As Currently I'm Leading It So I Want It To Be Changed To "Times Of San Andreas" or "Times Of California" They Looks Good.
4)Fourth,To Attract Player's Hire More Staff So That They Would Advertise And Tell Their Friends To Come And Play Here(This Is Definitely Going To Attract Players.)
5)Fifth,I Think An Website UCP Is Must For Server As Well As Having An TeamSpeak Server Is Important.

I Hope Some These Suggestions Might Be Good And Some Might Not Be Good,But I Think It Will Improve The Current Condition Of Innovative Roleplay,Thanks For Reading It Though.
